Flexible, I like to have flexibility in my diet so I can make it sustainable

Take your time and don’t worry about what others are doing

Steve cook for sure, most upbeat nice guy and not fake like a lot of social media

Go for a hard run! it always clears my head and I can get a lot more done when it’s done
