Previous competitions + placings; Mike competed at Mr Canada 3-4 years ago then I took a break and did Toronto PRO show for fun this year.

How would you best describe your current diet and why do you do it?
At the moment I am doing a carbs cycling diet. I love it because it’s a good balance and you can have high carb days!
What is your current training plan?
4-5 days a week with 2 days of lower body
What advice would you give to yourself if you started all over again?
Find a good coach which will give you the best workout and diet possible (no Coach no progress and bad coach bad progress or injuries)

Who did/do you look up to in the industry and why?
When I started my favourite fitness person was Greg Plitt and I looked up to him a lot. RIP
What is your greatest fitness or life failure and why? Did it lead to success!?
I don’t consider anything as a failure but more as a learning process. Regarding fitness my first competition I was so confident that I didn’t go all in and I finished 4th. 2 months later I had another competition with the higher calibre and I took it seriously to finally win first place.
What would you tell a beginner in your field and why?
Don’t be scared to invest in yourself and invest in a coach. Even myself I pay for a coach because of that the only real way to progress. Just DM me I offer to coach to help you
If you had a slogan on a billboard what would it be and why? Be Real and Be honest. I just hate fake and lying people so I’m always 100% honest and real. In the end, people will know if you are fake because you can’t fake it forever and the internet will expose you.
What is the greatest course or book you’ve read? Honestly, one great book to start with is How to make friends and influence people by Dale Carnegie

What would you tell fitness enthusiasts to do to up the game? Stop complaining and do what needs to be done. Diet and workout is hard for everyone but its the key.
How do you use social media and why? Social media for me is a business, a way of sharing with people and helping others
What is your ultimate health and fitness goal? At the moment I really love my physique so I will aim to keep it and increases my health
What is the course (or courses) you’ve given most as a gift or suggested others to do, and why? Or what are one to three courses that have greatly influenced your fitness life? N/A
What purchase of $100 or less has most positively impacted your life in the last six months (or in recent memory)? My readers love specifics like brand and model, where you found it, etc.” It’s been a while I didn’t listen to audiobook and recently I downloaded back my audible and bought 2 new books on it. Forgot how useful and convenient it was to listen to audiobooks since you can do it while doing anything. I love it because even if I’m busy I can always learn more with that.
How has a failure, or apparent failure, set you up for later success? Do you have a “favourite failure” of yours? Health, fitness or lifestyle related. Regarding life, I used to make a lot of money to spend it all on stupid thing for my ego and to impress people I didn’t care about. Ended up doing a bankruptcy to restart from zero and since then I manage my money very differently and smarter.

If you could have a gigantic billboard anywhere with anything on it — metaphorically speaking, getting a message out to millions or billions — what would it say and why? It could be a few words or a paragraph. What is one of the best or most worthwhile investments you’ve ever made? (Could be an investment of money, time, health, fitness, education, energy, etc.)” Myself. I always invest in myself at being a better human being and elevating my mind so I can attract the same type of people in my life. Successful people attracts successful people.
What is an unusual habit or an absurd thing that you love to do? Probably not unusual but I really love to do Power nap in the evening like 30-40 min

What advice would you give to a smart, driven fitness enthusiast about to enter the fitness world? What advice should they ignore?” Just do, try tons of stuff and find what drives you. Ignore all the haters or negatives people
What are bad recommendations you hear in the health, fitness, fashion, social media or your area of expertise? OMG lol there’s so many fake coaches or fake shit on social media you need to be careful.

I take a nap or I relax while watching some Gary vee or listening to an audiobook
