➖ I haven’t given any I would just suggest embracing every day as a new day while learning to enjoy your own company and spend time alone as it has made me stronger mentally.

➖ Getting into the fitness industry and learning how to live that healthy lifestyle. Also moving to another country and learning to enjoy my own company being alone and having no friends or family around had made me mentally stronger.
What is an unusual habit or an absurd thing that you love to do?
Hmmm, 🤔 habit would be that I have a certain way of doing things like cleaning, tidying, cooking…
In the last five years, what new belief, behavior, or habit has most improved your fitness life?
➖ Always stand your ground with respect!
Also, i have realised how powerful your thoughts are and have in turn started treatin my mind better.
What advice would you give to a smart, driven fitness enthusiast about to enter the fitness world.
What advice should they ignore?”
➖Don’t live for someone’s approval of you or what you do!
Don’t care about what people think of You!
Once you stop caring and don’t let negativity get to you you will be more powerful than you know.

What are bad recommendations you hear in the health, fitness, fashion, social media or your area of expertise?
➖Starving yourself to become skinny while believing that the fakeness is real and lack of knowledge!
When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, or have lost your focus temporarily, what do you do? (If helpful: What questions do you ask yourself?
➖I go over everything that is making me feel the way it is… and what I can do to fix it and change my mindset.
I remind myself of why I started this in the first place and go over how that it makes me feel mentally and physically.
I also watch motivations videos made by the people I look up to…
Notes from sean; Christina is one of the nicest and most sincere people I have ever met. She is 100% down to earth and as her friend, she motivates me constantly.
